Is your metal snare a little too "tinny" sounding but your wood snare isn't quite cutting through the mix?  Our Carbon Fiber shell offers the sound characteristics of both wood and metal.  These snare drums have the "crack" of a metal drum with the "meat" of a wood drum.  In addition, the density and stiffness of carbon fiber promotes great projection and volume.
