Alex Arellano- Fractured Dimension
Alex is a prog-metal, fusion, avant-garde drummer. After graduating from M.I., Alex studied with the legendary Mark Zonder and the late great Mark Craney (Jethro Tull/Jean-Luc Ponty). He co-founded the prog metal band “Power Of Omens” releasing two international critically acclaimed recordings “Eyes of The Oracle” and “Rooms of Anguish”.
Now playing in “The Fractured Dimension” a prog fusion, avant-garde, modern classical influenced band which has been described by DRUM! Magazine as a perilous black hole of virtuosic musicianship, released in 2009 their debut cd “Towards The Mysterium” for Russian Label MALS again to international critically acclaim and is currently working on their follow up cd. He has performed in the US and Mexico.
